Unlike 2014 or 2015, there is clubhouse leader named such by no less than Saban himself. Now tell me how that isn't more stable than any year since AJ. Everybody on the roster knows where they stand going into fall camp - and that is looking up at Bateman.

Which should scare the shite out of you. So far we've seen a guy that either can't or won't throw the deep ball and he looks scared to death. He lost his only start last year. Yeah, he looks good short to intermediate but that alone won't cut it. His apparent lack of confidence scares me.
