Saban has proven that he can consistently win without an elite or stellar qb. He won more SEC championships without great qb play than he has with it.

Clearly the conversation was about winning SEC titles. How did you gloss over that?

Which was also wrong.

2009: 2631 17 5
2011: 2797 16 8
2012: 3052 31 3
2014: 3890 32 10
2015: 3407 22 10

If you call G-Mac great then I don't know what to tell you I would like to see how many of those yards in 09 were from slants to Julio and screen passes

We didn't win the SEC in 2011 so........

2014, 2015 teams didn't have elite QBs. One is back in Tuscaloosa and the other will back shortly

So with elite QB play, which is with McCarron, Saban has won a whopping one SEC championship

You called 2600 yards with 12 TDs "good" QB play for Miles.

What does that make these:

2012: 3052 31 3
2014: 3890 32 10
2015: 3407 22 10

ETA: Also, what does NFL careers have to do with elite play in college? You've moved the goalposts so many times I'm having trouble keeping up now.
