Again, "dolt" when you dont set goals, you are lowering your expectations or aiming low

Dude seriously, you might be retarded........

I can't have a conversation with someone who doesn't even understand what we're discussing. I've never once mentioned goals.

Not. Once. Yet you keep talking about them.

I'm discussing the expectations that Gus is setting for his team, with the boosters, which is a top 10 defense. He said that AU "needs" a top 10 defense and that is the priority. So, what happens if they don't have a top 10 defense next year? In 2 years? In 3? Gus has failed to meet the expectations he set for himself. That is bad.

One day, when you get out of the fast food industry, you may figure out why setting expectations at a higher level than what you're capable of actually delivering is a bad thing. In the meantime, you should avoid these types of conversations.

ETA: All you have to do is google "Under promise over deliver" and read up on why it's a good strategy in customer driven businesses. Unless you are now going to try and tell me that College and professional sports aren't customer driven.

Again are you so dimwitted that you dont realize than an expectation is a goal? seriously? and you are calling me retarded. And even further when the OP and Gus refers to these expectations as "goals"?

again quite comical, How many last place trophies did you get as a child? Please go learn and read about successful people so you can change your horrible life philosophy of striving to just get by.
