Probably? Kelly is a piece of shite, and has one of the most punchable faces I've ever seen in my life.
That being said, since this is about their football skills and not their character, I'd take him over Dobbs as my QB.
I mean, who would you rather have at ROLB, Lawrence Taylor or Colton Jumper?
