Heupel's offense averaged 43 carries a game in 2013 and 2014. They were 60/40 run/pass both years. He calls to the strength of his roster from what I have seen.

He had terrible QBs in 2013 and 2014. He doesn't gameplan and he attacks the defense at it's strength, not it's weakness, in grab-bag playcalling fashion. No method to his madness. His tenure was a very disorganized, confusion on the field, time out calling, frustrating few years.
