The problem isn't this case being dismissed since there's no real victim nor any real thing to suggest these kids are such dangerous criminals that the government needs to spend tens of thousands of dollars putting them in jail .


The problem is that any two kids who simply go to their jobs, go to college etc etc don't need to be going to jail for crap like this either.

The DA's choice of words was pretty dumb for someone you'd think may have some type of education and experience in these matters though.
