Do you think every 18 year old who screws around with 14 year olds gets probation? Do you think the fact that he was a highly sought after athlete had anything to do with his consequences?

It absolutely had something to do with it. Still, in the end, he was punished. He was on probation and had to sit out a year before entering college. Oh yeah, and he was recruited by Saban even after the incident. When it comes to football talent people will overlook A LOT.
