Well, the "taking advantage" part of the whole deal was what got his charges reduced. Personally? I'd be pissed and probably want to press charges also. I'm not debating that at all. I'm just telling you why his charges were reduced in that incident.

Do you think every 18 year old who screws around with 14 year olds gets probation? Do you think the fact that he was a highly sought after athlete had anything to do with his consequences?
