My point exactly...after the grand jury didn't indict. This didn't even make it to the grand jury. Perhaps the DA believed he didn't have enough to get an indictment-- we really have no idea.

I think the DA believed exactly that, after reviewing the evidence or lack of evidence. The case against Cam/Hootie was weak and lacked enough verifiable evidence to prosecute.

Now the DA's comments in the wake of his decision was just stupid. But that's Louisiana's problem, not our's.
