Nothing special. Just that the worldwide plague, known as the impotent weasel busybodies who gravitate toward enforcing rules....have ruined yet another event.

He addressed a putt, but didn't ground his putter, however, the ball moved backwards.
They will rule AFTER the round whether he "caused" it to move...which he clearly didn't.
