What about doing two flex spots, but one is Wr/TE and the other is RB/TE? Would be a slight different take than normal, and would solve the TE issue. Because there are probably less than 7 TE who will consistently score more than 4 or 5 pts a game, even in ppr.

Personally i like...

1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1 flex spot (RB,WR,TE), DST, K.

The really good TEs may still be drafted for the flex spot but we no longer really need to spend that much time on a position that really doesnt produce (except for 1 to 2 TEs a year that are drastically better than all of the rest)

I am up to discussing this with everyone and coming to a group decision.
