No defending the choke, and I won't argue anybody who wants pile on. Heck, I'll even add fuel to the fire and fully admit A&M has categorically not performed well on the big stage in almost all sports.

That being said, This particular case carries more heft from teams that at least made the CONFERENCE tournament.

Or is not on the arse-end of a sizable losing streak in football with us. Same reason why we have no room to beat on LSU football.

And what did that get you? Woo hoo. You made the league tourney. The Arkansas program has made the NCAA's 14 of the last 15 years and has been to Omaha 3 times since 2009 and 4 times since 2004.

This thread wasn't to poke your baseball program, yet you feel the need to chime in like this? Fine, then I will retort. Make a run to Omaha more than once every 16 years and I will listen to your drivel. Your program has been to Omaha 4 times in the last 42 years, while Arkansas has been 4 times since 2004.

There, that better?

Yet your goofy arse still trails in the all time series. You're going to need a hell of an Arkansas losing streak in this series to even it up. So, you better get to lifting and running...

To the other Aggies...appreciate the honest answers. I was curious. It seems like its not so much your team getting tight, but your coach. Especially the last two seasons. As they say, your team reflects the leadership at the top. Childress is a Van Horn disciple, and DVH has always been in love with small ball no matter how well the team could mash. Small ball and pitching. Defense is usually sacrificed a bit.
