They aren't ruling anything at the moment. Haven't been relevant in the Big 12 for several years now...
If you insist on measuring against A&M, head to head in recent years has gone to A&M.

I mean, I don't disagree that UT sucked something awful this year, but they were just in the CWS in 2014 and won the Big 12 tournament championship last season. I wouldn't call that being irrelevant in the Big 12 for years...
