Put it up for a vote. Alabama and Tennessee vote against it and the 12 other vote for it. If alabama and tennesee want to play, make it a non conference game. Could be played in Atlanta Labor day week-end every year its not a conference game.

it was up for vote prior to the latest expansion. I believe they needed 3/4 vote out of the 12 and were off by a vote

This thinking assumes all 12 other schools would be in favor of it.
