Gonna have a hard time finding all that in GA south of Atlanta. Columbus has a decent healthcare job market but issues with crime. Macon is a shithole. Savannah isn't bad I guess. Warner Robins is probably worth a look but it's heavily centered around military base life. Peach tree city maybe?

I used to live there and go back semi frequently to help relatives. That place needs to get nuked.
