Casey is a pipe dream. He's spent his entire career in Oregon which is home. He's 57 years old and if he so chooses, he can sit on his butt at Oregon State and never accomplish anything else and he still can retire a legend. Why would he leave that?

Not only is Casey 57, hasn't he been at Oregon State for 20 years?
