interesting comments further describing the Lebby role in the Chafin/Lozano situation in this KWTX report

So Chafin himself admitted to Lebby that he "laid hands" on her.

I'm sure Chafin is trying to protect himself and Lebby, but given Lebby levied a "punishment," it's pretty clear proper procedures were not followed.

Again, maybe the incident wasn't that big of a deal, but it's not Lebby's place to make that call.

Wow that is a pretty big thing to admit considering he still works at Baylor.
