The same way lawyers represent people versus major video game developers, medical malpractice, etc. You don't have to give permission you just have to be hurt by the defendants actions. That's how class action suits work.

As for Title IX you would have to pay female athletes but only proportionately to male athletes. That can be fixed by cutting coaches salaries or raising prices.

Huh?The 1st suit wants it make it a defacto bidding war to pay for the services of FB and Basketball players...there's absolutely no way you pay dollar for dollar for all athletes in that scenerio.

There's NOTHING about "proportionality" in Title IX...females are getting the exact same stipends and COA as male athletes and it s clearly stated as much and there would be multiple lawsuits the first time you even attempted to amend the wording.
