re: Monroe Def. Attorney believes CRob's felony will be reduced to a misdemeanor

VERY presumptuous statement about the prosecutor IMO - unless, of course the defense is engaged in discussion with him and has an idea that the prosecutor is leaning this way. If not, it seems like it could tick the prosecutor off. Also does that prosecutor truly endeavor to keep felonies off records??? That seems a bit incredulous, too.
