Better keep the plastic on the furniture since the students will be screwing like rabbits in those dorms

i doubt you have seen any of the newer ones on campus. but i think that what is there works for young people not paying for any of it. :)
Clemson is in top 10 highest out of state tuition for public unis because of the high demand, so the dorms can't be too bad. They are also building a huge new one called Core Campus over near the stadium, for the honors kids.
