It's not even close to debatable. I'm sure there are QBs who have had better stats than either of them that no one would consider great, let alone the best of all time.

Cam, as much as a I hate him, was obviously a better player in every aspect of the game. JFF was good at avoiding pressure, but he mainly just threw it up for grabs and let Mike Evans Moss everyone in the secondary.
