No but the best effort is going to be season one....and the best effort of that season is going to be game one...I don't mean the best outcome I mean the hardest work. You are always going to get the best an employee has in the beginnning....they may produce more later as they grow comfortable and learn the system BUT the best, most honest effort is always going to be early on....
