That 100m number is not a widely supported figure. Most anthropologists and archeologists estimate the Pre- Columbian population of the Americas to be around 50 million. But of course, the list maker cites the least supported figure in the field to sensationalize the purported evils of white skinned Europeans in their reign of terror across the Americas. And then one would need to equate the the evil of Mao and Stalin , and the butchery of Khan with the unintended consequences of Mother Nature. The explorers and colonists who came to America did not come with the intent to wipe out a native population through the spread of disease or to annihilate and butcher a native population as punishment for dissension.

you didnt copy my full statement, i said in all the wars going back to the beginning of history. You listed a large scale migration that lasted several hundred years, was perpetrated primarily by disease, and involved dozens of countries with all sorts of different motivations. Athiest communist regimes were responsible for the murder of 100 million civilians in the i20th century alone, not counting deaths from wars, proxy wars, and famines caused by those activites.
