Offseason curiosity.

I found an article which listed 13 schools Alabama has never played and was somewhat surprised with some teams on the list.

Anyone have a list for other SEC schools?

Never played:

Alabama - Pitt, Iowa, Indiana, Purdue, Kansas, Kansas State, Virginia, Wake Forest, Oregon State, Oregon, Arizona, Arizona State, Northwestern, Navy, Air Force

Georgia - Oklahoma, Utah, Kansas State, Washington, Iowa

Auburn - Notre Dame, UCLA, Arizona State, Washington, Utah

LSU - Michigan, UCLA, Washington State, Louisville, Pitt, Virginia, NC State, Kansas, Minnesota, Northwestern, Purdue, Cal, Memphis, BYU, Navy, Air Force,

Texas A&M - Oregon, Oregon State, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Syracuse, Virginia, Wake Forest, North Carolina, NC State, Rutgers

Arkansas - Michigan State, Florida State, Oregon,

Ole Miss - ?

Miss. State - Notre Dame, USC, UCLA, Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Utah, Washington State, Oregon State, Stanford, Cal, Oklahoma, Iowa State, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Purdue, Penn State, Rutgers, Ohio State, Duke, Pitt, Virginia, Va. Tech, Boston College

Florida - ?

Tennessee - TCU, West Virginia, Stanford, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Arizona State, Illinois, Michigan State

South Carolina - Louisville, Syracuse, Boston College, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Kansas, Michigan State, Rutgers, Minnesota, Illinois, Purdue, Stanford, Cal, Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona, Arizona State, Washington, Washington State, Utah, UCLA, Colorado

Kentucky - ?

Vandy - ?

Missouri - Florida State, NC State, Rutgers, Va. Tech, Wake Forest, Washington, Boston College, Cincy

Most surprising so far: (IMO)
1. LSU - Michigan
2. Georgia - Oklahoma
3. Tennessee - West Virginia
4. Arkansas - Florida State
5. Any SEC Team who has not played Virginia

LSU has never played Michigan, I think that is the most prominent team we have never played.

LSU still has never played Michigan, and I don't think they've played UCLA.

That is surprising. Would have at least thought that would have been a bowl matchup at some point in the past.

I am more of a delegator when it comes to time consuming tasks.

Who do you have for Missouri?

One team that LSU has never played that seems curious to me is Memphis State/Memphis. Not they are or have ever been a power. But LSU is the only SEC team that has never played them. With their proximity to Baton Rouge (in the 50's,60's they could have just taken a bus down US 61)I'm surprised they have never played.

Considering that in the 1950's and 1960's Ole Miss and State played several of their "home games" vs LSU in Baton Rouge for a bigger pay day, I'm surprised as an independent they never volunteered to come down for a big pay check.

Not sure, but I can tell you we are undefeated against

- Bryan Air Field
- Camp Mabry
- Camp Travis
- Camp Travis Remount (I have no idea)
- Deaf & Dumb Institute
- Ellington Field
- Galveston Ball High School
- Houston YMCA
- Kansas City Medics
- Ream Field (Leave it alone)

Seems like there should be a statute of limitation on actually claiming these.

(I would have included Transylvania, but we actually lost to them. )

Was this a "Spring Game" or "intra-squad game?"

The LSU list has several surprising teams on the list.

An LSU vs Michigan home & home would be fun to watch.

For A&M I came up with:

Pac 12 - Oregon, Oregon St.
B1G - Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Rutgers
ACC - Syracuse, Virginia, Wake Forest, North Carolina, NC St

LSU was expected to p[lay Michigan in the Rose Bowl after the 2006 season, but I wanna say USC losing to UCLA screwed that up, and LSU ended up in the Sugar Bowl instead

Roscoe,

I thought Arkansas played Rutgers a few years ago. Was a strange situation with game, maybe Arkansas injuries and Rutgers ended up winning?

Very faint memory so may be completely off base?

Off the top of my head, Auburn has never played Notre Dame UCLA, Arizona State, Washington, or Utah.
