Why is this so hard for people to freakin understand? Petrino's first class was loaded with future NFL players from instate, most of whom had committed to Houston Nutt, and Mallett fell in his lap. His recruiting after that was terrible. One class had more attrition than any class I've ever seen.
For those of you who thinks Bret has failed thus far, this program is getting strong and has as much depth as I can remember ever being on the hill. Also, last year's team was a 9 or 10 win season without the unbefreakinlievable number of injuries.

Exactly Petrino got gifted Ryan Mallet when Rich Rod took the Mich job..Also alot of hold overs from the Houston Nutt era. About better way to Access this would be to look at the players Bert has sent to the league..Seems like they will substain longivity in the NFL can't say the same for Petrino players.. In my opinión Bert is a better coach Petrino better schematics
