You are woefully obtuse, huh?

We're analzying Tunsil's thought process, and whether his actions make him a victim or not.

He knew the law when he allowed this recording. Whether the law was right or wrong had nothing to to with his understanding of it.

Let's have a discussion about legalizing weed, cool. But that's totally separate from whether Tunsil is a victim for allowing this recording.

You're analyzing his thought process. Did you not read the OP?

And no one is saying he's a victim because he has a video of him smoking pot. The point that you're not missing, but avoiding, is that someone likely close to him used this video to deliberately hurt him. THAT is why some people feel he is a victim. We can all agree he shouldn't have filmed himself smoking pot.

And I'm the one who is obtuse. Get a grip, man. You come across like a sociopath with your inability to empathize.
