Yeah, I would say anytime the content of someone's private life is maliciously aired in public they are a victim, and more so when it messes with their livelihood.

I understand what you are saying, but.....if you knowingly do things that will cost you money and damage your livelihood it is your own fault. He broke the law (Never mind if you agree with the law or not) and apparently broke rules he agreed to abide by. The players that go by the rules and obey the laws would be victims if he is allowed to get away with it. I am NOT condoning the guy posting stuff all over social media, but in this day and age it is a very real possibility.
