Tunsil plans on pressing charges. Now that's interesting since this now becomes criminal evidence.

Tunsil has “some good leads” on the identity of the hacker or hackers and will consider pressing federal wiretapping charges “depending on who it is,” attorney Steven Farise said. Tunsil, though, has no plans to pursue a civil lawsuit.

Farese said Tunsil has ruled out stepfather Lindsey Miller — with whom Tunsil has been feuding in court over the past year — and any disgruntled ex-girlfriends as the hacker. Farise declined comment when asked about it possibly being a recently fired financial advisor, first reported by Sports Illustrated.

Farese also told The Post that Tunsil doesn’t want law enforcement to investigate, but likely will hire a forensics firm. If that firm identifies the hacker or hackers, Tunsil will then decide whether to turn the information over to law enforcement.
