If that was actually said to the jury, that's grounds for a mistrial, just saying.

Here is the problem for the Rebs...looks like these are new Allegations.

From NCAA proir statement:

During the 2015 season, the NCAA suspended Tunsil seven games after concluding he received impermissible benefits.

According to the official release, it was determined Tunsil's improper benefits included "the use of three separate loaner vehicles over a sixth-month period without payment, a four-month interest-free promissory note on a $3,000 down payment for purchasing a used vehicle, two nights of lodging at a local home, an airline ticket purchased by a friend of a teammate and one day use of a rental vehicle."

Yeah it was supposedly said during jury selection and the guy was immediately excluded.
