Yeah, this is over the top. If you are driving while suspended or revoked, enjoy the slammer but just left it home? That shouldn't even be a fine.

It's been pretty widely speculated that the jail trip was a result of not having a license. That, or it being suspended. Idk, I haven't seen a police report so I can't say anything on the matter. I'm just thinking that if he simply left it at home that'd be easy to look up from the police computer.

Still, a player being arrested for these offenses seems way over the top. Give a warning for the seatbelt and a fine for the license and be done.
