Not sure I agree that all arrows were pointing down or sideways with Richt. He just couldn't get us to next level. I think things were going in the right direction....he just couldn't QUITE get over that hump.

Totally agree with this. I always felt like the team lacked urgency or fire for the lack of a better word while under Richt.
