Yes, really.

Look at their enrollments as well as the money allotted from the Permanent University Fund to build facilities. In some years (many, maybe), UT Austin is not the biggest recipient of the construction bond money (they do get "excellence funds" that guarantees UT Austin the most overall PUF money).

A&M-Commerce and Kingsville and Canyon and the like would kill to have that kind of financial support.

They are just shitty schools that you likely should've never taken into the system. There's that aggie hubris again, biting you in the arse.
