Bogart was amazing in the Cain Mutiny as was Fred MacMurray.

The movie is a must see

Absolutely, although the movie is flawed by the irrelevant side story, the love affair between Willie and May.

But the towline incident? The strawberries investigation? The mutiny during a typhoon–capped off by Queeg's unravelling at the court martial hearing and Barney Greenwald’s unmasking of Tom Keefer at the post-hearing celebration?

Drama doesn’t get any better than this. Dramatic acting doesn’t get any better than this. Moviemaking doesn’t get any better than this.

One that is worth watching, The Best Years Of Our Lives. It won 7 academy awards and is on youtube. LINK

the film is about three United States servicemen readjusting to civilian life after coming home from World War II. Samuel Goldwyn was inspired to produce a film about veterans after reading an August 7, 1944, article in Time about the difficulties experienced by men returning to civilian life.
