I'm pretty sure it isn't even THAT new. That is body style is several years old, if not close to a decade.

The first Audi Q5 model year was a 2009. I think that one looks like a 2013 or so. It's not a very expensive car. Maybe $30ish? But it's worth more than the two houses behind it in the picture.
He should have put his wheel money into moving mom to a nicer place.
