Mizzou 14-9 vs Vandy 17-4

Mizzou has lost 6 of their last 7 and it doesn't get any easier this weekend. Aside from McClain, Mizzou pitchers are needing to step up. Do the get swept or salvage 1?

Gave up a 6-4 lead going into the 9th to lose 8-6. 
4 in the 9th. Unfortunately, those other pitchers aren't stepping up. Had 2 outs in the 9th in fact. Then:

And talk about lack of competitive fire, bottom of the 9th had the top of the lineup due up and 2 of the 3 outs were strikeouts looking. Nothing drives me crazier than not even giving yourself a chance by striking out looking.

They haven't been good but was happy to hear that my daughter has been to 4 games already. And that's 4 more baseball games than basketball games that she went to.

Houck with a 1 hitter thru 7 against vandy. 0-0 bottom of 7. 2 out double for nelson

Houck looked great. 9 innings of shutout ball but can't score a damn run.

I thought we were supposed to be good this year. We are just not very good. Missouri State beat us 16-1 Tuesday night.

Missouri State is ranked #15 in the nation. And is a better baseball program than Mizzou is.

For a non-revenue sport that will never have the following or traffic online as the revenue sports, I'd say that's not bad.
