Sure they modify their recruiting to fit the kid.

But I think the jest of the thread is that Alabama doesn't need to use a whole lot of flashy recruiting stuff and they don't need to wear a kid out by contacting him non-stop to show interest in him and boost his ego.

Saban & staff are pretty methodical, they take a business like approach. They can do that because the program, facilities, and Saban's template for success sells itself.
