Cal literally has to rebuild every year. It's just the way it works when you recruit the top talent in basketball. In football, you have more players to absorb any attrition.

I agree. I am always impressed with how well Cal's teams play as a team, how hard they play and how well they play defense. Those things are incredibly hard to teach a frehsman how to do and Cal does it every year.

He's an incredible recruiter and coach. I just feel like, as someone who supports a program similar to Kentucky in football, that there would probably be some level of frustration after having all those players and being so close so many years. If there wasn't, you wouldn't be Kentucky.
