There's also a reason Cooper went with the 4th pick and Reed went in the 2nd RD.
Just like Julio and Brown clearly had the best year in the NFL this year, even though they had multiple guys with a 0.4 td difference over them

TDs for WRs aren't easy to predict. It's a volatile stat from years to year. Julio is better than Baldwin. Teams would pick Julio over Baldwin. But after a season, if Baldwin has scored 10 more TDs than Julio, GMs would value that more(after the fact). If one team gets to pick the TD leaders at every position while the other team gets the yard leaders...who wins?
