They look at a lot of different things when making that call. If she's getting paid 350K a year to run a twitter account then that's a different situation than her making 35K and doing legitimate work. Athlete's parents find jobs in the city their kid attends college in all the time, the NCAA doesn't bat an eye unless they are severely under qualified or are being paid to do nothing.

Understand that but this case isn't that. She got that job soley because of Ben and the fact that he would use them as his agent. I would bet she was over paid for her qualifications.

That is a lot different than a family member finding work in the town their child goes to school at so they can be close.

Surely you can see the difference.
