I don't know what to tell you, Rueben Foster was one of our starting linebackers. Some games against 5-wide spread teams did he start the first play of the game? Probably not, because we ran full Dime packages with only Reggie starting as a "LB".

He finished #2 on the team in tackles with 73. So, if that is a part time player to you, then so be it.

In '09 I'm sure Mark Ingram is listed as the starting QB against VTech, but only because he took the first snap out of the wildcat formation. I don't put a lot of emphasis on "starts".

Yo george it's cool.

There's no doubt in my mind that the tide will have a rock solid starting front seven. My point being all along is that they don't have the EXPERIENCED backups they had in '15.

Some bama fans are trying to pass off smith and frazier as quality experienced backups on the DLine. That's not even close to reality. They only played in a few games last year with very little production to show for it.

Same at LB. The four backups I saw listed on a two deep depth chart had a total of 19 tackles with at least six coming on ST. Two didn't have any tackles at all.
