It depended on what defense we ran. Against a lot of teams he didn't start because of the package we started the game in.

I don't know what to tell you, Rueben Foster was one of our starting linebackers. Some games against 5-wide spread teams did he start the first play of the game? Probably not, because we ran full Dime packages with only Reggie starting as a "LB".

He finished #2 on the team in tackles with 73. So, if that is a part time player to you, then so be it.

that's because we opened in dime half the time, Foster was our starting MLB all year. People don't understand that we legitimately had almost two starting front 7s last year depending on who we were playing. Who took the first snap of the game is really irrelevant, Ryan Anderson and Tim Williams are a great case in point.
