I just mean that rockiee's reply sounded like he was calling Enos a plug-n-play coach, like Herman or Leach. It's a great way to compensate for talent deficiencies, but I didn't get the impression Enos took that approach.

Didn't try to come off that way, no I don't think he is a system coach in anyway. He just runs a great balanced offensive approach. I think he has done a great job with the QBs so far as well.

He had one of the better QBs in the league, a very talented backfield, the best TE corps in the nation, and a WR unit that developed nicely as the year went on, and a very good Oline.
