Outside of Obasohan (who never averaged more than 6 ppg before this year), we have very little to work with.

I'll give you Obasohan. Anyone that knows about him cringed watching him under milk dud. He looked lost. But you keep talking about your roster and how it has no talent. Arkansas and Auburn have been gutted with injuries and you try to act like we just suck and have full rosters to work with. Saying you're going to be much better next season without your best player and half your offense is cute. 2017, but not next season. Avery tends to regress with change.

We have a maximum of two players at any point on the court that can create a shot. Guys like Edwards and Kessens don't start on SEC teams

Our full roster was picked 13th out of 14 in the conference. We then lost our starting point guard before conference play.

We bring in a top 10 class, including an NBA top 10 player, as well as Nick King and Dazon Ingram. We return everyone but Retin and Edwards.

I feel pretty safe in thinking we will be substantially bettwr talent wise.

We lose Obasohan, Edwards, and hopefully Kessens (please graduate and make roster room, for all that's good and decent). Although Kessens will probably be back. Even the assistant coaches are saying Nick King might be the best player on the team right now, even though he's ineligible. Ingram would have been the #2 guy as a true freshman before he was injured at the very beginning of the year. I could see Ferguson, King, and Ingram each being about as good overall of a player as Obasohan in short order. Obasohan is good. He's tough and gritty. But he's only scoring so much because he has to.

Fortunately, it looks like Donta Hall can be really good in time as well. I don't think you could find anyone who doesn't think we'll be light years better next year talent and experience-wise. Now, we just need to have similar chemistry, which will be tough.
