And let's be clear...before the dumbass Vol fans chime in. This guy isn't suing anyone. He isn't a plaintiff. He didn't press charges against his piece of shite teammates.
But he did testify, under penalty of perjury, in federal court.

That doesn't mean he can't be vindictive, though. Your points are compelling, no question, and I tend to agree, but never rule out the possibility of malice as a motivation even without any other apparent gain. People can be assholes.

Well, now we have strong evidence that Butch is as stupid as he looks. At least Derek Dooley didn't drag the program through a sewer.
