actually, yes. If he offers (at minimum) tacit approval of their actions while he chastises a kid on his team for doing the right thing, then he is perpetuating the culture that will ultimately harm others and prove to be his downfall.

This isn't a "free speech" issues. This is a "leader of men" issue, and if what is alleged of Jones is true, he's failing.

Freedom of speech does not = freedom of consequence.

You are entitled to your opinion as stupid as it is. We have free speech in this country. You are free to say whatever the frick you want for the most part just like your employer is free to fire you for saying it for the most part. That's as free as free can be.
