You have a horrible mindset, you don't hire coaches based on how long you think they will stay. You hire the best person for the job. You don't think coaches around the country take notice of Bert getting all of these other coaches promoted?

In all honesty,
Anyone not happy about this or that our coaches get recruited for promotions are idiots.
Pittman was what it was. UGA is on the ups and a more prestigious program. Plus he went with his fat frick buddy.
Pre-emptively calling something a bad hire because they might leave for a promotion is ludicrous.
