Don't they sign non-disclosure contracts that come with these types of settlements? Like that girl that accused Kobe of sexual assault even though the criminal case was dropped, Kobe did give her a settlement along with a non-disclosure...
I would believe that if Peyton gave her money twice, he would have made her sign the nondisclosure...
