I want to know the real reason for Hart's absence. I'm sorry but the "he was out of town" shite doesn't float in these waters.

Maybe there was legal or PR advice given that he not be there. It seemed more a coaches standing together and telling the world who we are kind of thing than an outright defense of the lawsuit (which isn't their job).
If he just wasn't there without explanation then the coaches are more responsible than the AD and that's pretty bad. I don't like Hart (don't hate him either) but I'd like to think there was some reason he wasn't there other than negligence.

I suspect the school's attorneys told him to stay away, that's my best guess anyways
