Linking AVIs / photos, etc. Help please? Thank you

Find a picture that you want whether it's on your computer or the internet.

If it's on your computer, you're going to have to upload it to an image hosting site. I recommend imgur(linked below).

Once uploaded, you will want to copy the "Direct Link" address and paste it under the appropriate box under your "Settings" page.

If you found a pic on the internet that's within the size parameters, right click the image and click "Copy Image Address" or something to that effect. Paste the address under the appropriate box under your "Settings" page.

One thing of note, make sure an avatar is no larger than 150px X 150px (px=pixels), and the signature image is no larger is 400px X 150px. Imgur has an edit function if you need to resize any of the pictures. Both of these images need to be under 30KB. There are numerous compression sites that you can use if needed.

If you can't get it resized, posters here can help you.

Thanks everyone. I am working on it and hope to have it figured out by tomorrow. shite - 45 years old and tech illiterate. Maybe it's a good thing. Anyway, again thanks for the kind advice. War Eagle.
