No he posted a bunch of stuff that simply is not true. I'm asking for real facts that show push-ups are the only thing you should be doing. News flash: they aren't.

They certainly won't "work out" all the muscle groups he claims but they will tone them. And he's right that if you can do 100 push ups you'll be in pretty good shape
